I have a P4DC6+ motherboard and want to upgrade onboard U160 SCSI controller to U320. Is it possible?

No, it's not. If you want to have Ultra320 SCSI capability, please add an Ultra320 SCSI add-on card or upgrade the board with one that has built-in Ultra320 SCSI controller.
