Question
I have a third party raid controller ARC-1882ix-12-2G connected to the server 2022G-URF4+. Everything works, but the bottom drives LED lights blink sporadically.

This particular third party raid controller is not compatible with the backplane. When the backplane is connected to the onboard SATA ports, the LED lights work normally.
