Question
I assume 4K native Hard disks are supported by the 3108 onboard controllers on X10DRH-C boards? As far as I know it shouldn’t be a problem as long as the OS supports 4k native disks or 4kn based raid volumes.

Yes, 3108 based controllers do support 4Kn drives. For an OS installation, you also would need a mainboard with a UEFI BIOS support.
