I have a 7047GR-TRF and it doesn't recognize the hard drive. When I looked at the device manager it shows a yellow triangle next toe the SAS Controller. When I looked at the SAS Controller Properties it shows a code "0000001C". Do you know how to fix this issue?
First, verify that the drive is detected in the BIOS configuration.
For the SAS controller missing in device manager, that refers to the SCU controller(SATA mode). 7047GR-TRF has default four HDD slots top slot drive are connected to this controller. The driver can be downloaded below.
