My system with integrated X8DTI-F motherboard failed to recognize all memory DIMMs for CPU2, what can be wrong here?

Please check under CMOS Setup to see how many CPU that were detected in your system?
If it detects only CPU1 then you may want to swap the CPUs to see the missing memory DIMMs switch to CPU1 side or not? If that is the case, then there is an issue with the CPU that originally installed at CPU2.
