I am using your add-on card AOC-SLG3-2E4R with SuperSever SYS-6028R-E1CR12L, the system was only able to detect drives at port 0, but not at port 1. Do I need to change any setup in CMOS?

Please check the position of Ji2C1 and Ji2C2 jumper on the motherboard, be enabled, this should allow for both drives to be detected
