2. Could you follow below procedures to try again?

Steps:

2.1 Load BMC to “Factory Default” by BMC web.

Login BMC WEB => Maintenance => Factory Default

2.2 If you set static BMC IP before load factory default, please set it again.

2.3 Follow you provide procedures to activate product key again.
