Is the MCP-220-81502-0N accessory kit necessary to install theslim SATA DVD ROM drive in the CSE-113MFAC2-R606CB chassis?

Yes, all you will need is the adapter and SATA cable from the kit MCP-220-81502-0N. You should be able to find the small 4 pin connector from power distributor of the chassis.
