We have two Supermicro server motherboards H8DG6 and H8SGL-F where we need the latest drivers, specifically any chipset drivers that may be available for Server 2012 R2.

There is no dedicated chipset driver for the mentioned boards.
You may download Windows 2012 R2 drivers from the MB website and other SP5100 chipset related drivers from the following link.
