Question
I can no longer boot Headless with X9SCA-F after updating the BIOS to 2.0x from BIOS 1.0x while JPG1 is set to 2-3 (Disabled Onboard VGA), JPB1 is set to 1-2 (Enabled IPMI) and no other graphics adapter installed.

Please change the following BIOS Settings:

Wait for F1 on error to Disabled

Console Redirection (SOL) to Disabled

Now you are able to boot Headless again.
