Can P4DC6+ support 604-pin Xeon processors? I need a serverboard that supports this CPU with AGP port.

No, the P4DC6+ supports 603-pin Xeon CPUs. However, all our X5xxx products support 604-pin and 603-pin processors. I would strongly suggest you to use X5DA8 or X5DAE if you want a board with AGP.
