The power supply of CSE-0041-P4 chassis doesn't have a 4-pin connector required for P4 CPU motherboard. Can I saftely use this for my P4SGE board?

Yes, the power supply (PWS-0021) in the CSE-0041-P4 has a 24-pin connector that is enough for P4 board without AGP card plugged in.
