Question
We have an X11SPL-F board in the SC113MFAC2-R606CB chassis and the power supplies are not getting detected in IPMI. We've checked both the chassis and power supplies both have PMBus support. 

We have verified that the PMBus cable is securely connected to JPI2C1 on the motherboard. The power consumption tab under server health was also missing. Do you know what would cause this?

Upon a BMC reset the power consumption tab came back and the customer is able to see the PSUs under server health >> Power Source.
