I have a X11DPU with fully populated tested memory MEM-DR412L-SL01-ER29 and Intel 6154. I cannot get it to boot. Why doesn't it boot?

For the Intel Skylake 6154, it can only support up to 768 GB memory size. Since MEM-DR412L-SL01-ER29 is a 128GB DIMM fully populated and X11DPU has dual DIMM slots per channel, the memory size populated is 1.536TB. The maximum supported memory size for the CPU is out of specifications. Therefore, it will not boot.
