My motherboard is H11SSL-i with latest 2.1 BIOS(02/21/2020),single 7742 EPYC 64 cores, Numa node per socket set as NPS1 ,L3 Cache as NUMA Domain set as Disable. But in Windows 10 Pro or Windows Server 2019, the system all be recognized as two Numa nodes, what's wrong?

It's a known UI limitations for Windows Server task manager, WMI, or PowerShell queries to pull CPU information, as per Microsoft Support KB:

Task Manager does not display L2 and L3 cache sizes, or displays incorrect L2 and L3 cache sizes

Task Manager displays an incorrect number of sockets

For example, for a single-CPU one-socket system, Task Manager displays two sockets. For a two-socket system, Task Manager displays four sockets.

Task manager displays an incorrect number of Numa nodes

For example, for a one-socket system, Task Manager displays two Numa nodes. For a two-socket system, Task Manager displays four Numa nodes.
