Question
I have your P4DC6+ motherboard. When using the Extra USB cable, my USB devices are not detected. Are there any special jumpers, BIOS settings or anything else that enables this port?

Answer
There are no special settings or jumpers. Please swap around the plug to the motherboard. The red wire on the adapter should be connected to pin 1 of the USB header on the motherboard.
