I just purchased an X5DAE motherboard and plan to configure it with Promise SX6000 raid card. Does this combination have any compatibility issue?

No, we have tested the Promise SX6000 on X5DAE motherboard without any issue. Please make sure that you enable the PCI bus mastering of the PCI slot in which the card is seated.
