I have your Super Server 6023P-8R with Adaptec 2200S raid controller. With the Adaptec 2200S raid controller installed on any PCI-X slots with on-board SCSI controller disabled or enabled, it gives an error message saying "Controller Monitoring Failed". What can I do to fix this issue?

Please get the latest BIOS(above Rev. 1.3C) from our web site for X5DP8-G2 in your server that should fix this issue.
