Can I use a USB flash disk to boot in some system with USB 2.0?

Yes, it can if your USB flash disk is able to simulate with USB ZIP or USB HDD. In order to boot from this device, you need to enter the BIOS and set "Removable Device" to [USB ZIP] or [USB HDD] under Boot menu. Once BIOS is saved, system will automatically boot from this device.
