Question
I'm trying to install SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 on an Intel SRCU42L RAID card with a SuperMicro X5DPL motherboard. Every time I try to type "srch" to load the driver I get the error message "fd(44)unix link='srch' btld=fd(44)Bad magic number". What can I do?

Answer
You must create install.img disk from the OpenServer CD and boot from this disk instead of the CD.
