I found some SCSI SCA hard drives but they have SCA 2 specification, are Supermicro Servers compliant with SCA 2?

Yes, no problem you can use SCSI SCA 2 hard drives, basically SCA-2 provides better support for plugability then original SCA 1 specification, therefore all are SCSI backplanes are SCA 2 compatible.
