We are trying to slide our system based on the SC846TQ-R900B chassis into our rack, but the rails are not sliding correctly. Is there a different rail than MCP-290-00014-00 that we can use?

There is a new rail that you can get that will slide smoothly. Please contact our RMA department and they will take care of it for you.
