Question
We just purchased your X7DWN+ main board to use in a SC846E2 chassis. It came with 6 SATA 2ft CBL-0044L cables. But, I was unable to connect to the backplane; must it require CBL-0175L or CBL-0116 kind of SAS/SATA cable?

Yes you can’t use CBL-0044 with our expander backplane like 846E2. The connector is different. You may need an extra UIO SAS card and use a cable like CBL-0108L-02:
