We have your X7DBRi+ main board and are using the SIMSO+ IPMI card with virtual media disk. After removing the virtual media disk the drive is still displaying in Windows OS. How can we remove this from the Device Manager?

Answer
Login remotely to the SIMSO+ using the web browser. Go to the Virtual Media section and select options. The window that pops up will have a option to disable the USB virtual media disk.
