Question
We have the 5035B-TB Super Server and have installed Windows XP. We also have two SATA devices on the SATA ICH9R ports. One is a SATA DVDROM, and the other is a Sony AIT i200ST SATA backup Tape drive. The DVDROM works fine, but the Sony is not working in Windows. Is there a driver or something we need to do?

You need to set the SATA mode to AHCI in the BIOS settings, then go into windows and load the AHCI driver which is a part of the ICH9R Intel RAID driver files.
