Question
I try to install Windows 2003 R2 on your 5035L-I server, but it's impossible to install this OS with the RAID option enabled. We use a USB floppy to add the driver with F6 but windows doesn't detect a valid device to load the controller and comes out with an error:

"Setup could not find a Floppy Drive on your Machine to load OEM drivers from floppy drive." Do you have a solution?

Answer
We have seen this problem if you don't have the driver floppy disk installed during startup system boot up. This issue can be resolved with a new BIOS. Please contact our Support department and request a BIOS called "7SLL_t2059.zip".
