We are preparing spare parts for our servers. We already have PWS-561-1H in stock, but we see that the 5015B-U uses a PWS-561-1H20. Are these two power supply interchangeable?

No, this is not possible PWS-561-1H has 24 pin power header, while PWS-561-1H20 has a 20 pin power header.
