According to the web site parts list, there is no air shroud in 512F. However, the 513F chassis does come with an air shroud. If I use 512F chassis, will I need to put a fan on top of the CPU heat sink or can I use 513F air shroud in a 512F chassis?

512F and 513F chassis both come with an air shroud. The air shroud for 512F is part number CSE-PT95.
