For the SYS-5037MC-H12TRF, the flex MicroLP card can be removed and a
Dual 10 GB MicroLP NIC can be put in correct?

The standard NIC can be swapped, but we only have a single 10Gb card available for this system, the AOM-CTG-i1SM.
