Can Intel i210 and i270 LAN of X10SLL-F be recognzied in RHEL 6.2?

No. You need to use igb driver for i210 and use e1000e driver for i217 from PRO_v18.4 driver. From RHEL 6.4, the inbox driver can support Intel i210 and i270 LAN.
