Question
I tried to restart Ubuntu 13.04 Desktop and OpenSuse 12.3 on X10SLM-F. But it always powers off; it would not power up again. Can you fix it?

Please add "blacklist mei" in blacklist.conf file under /etc/modprobe.d/. It will fix the problem.
