Could you advise on whether it's possible to monitor the 4 chassis fans connected to a P3TDL3 using SuperODoctor II? If so, would you recommend installing Intel LDCM onto the PC as well?
This is not possible. The hardware monitor chip for P3TDL3 is one LM87 chip. This chip can monitor:
1. Two remote diode temperature sensing CPU1 and CPU2
2. Two input selectable for monitoring fans of CPU1 and CPU2
3. 8 positive voltage inputs for +5V, +12V, +3.3V, Vcore, etc.
Therefore, it's not possible to monitor the chassis fans, also install only SuperODoctor II or LDCM, both programs cannot run together.
