I install a SCSI RAID card in P3TSSE PCI slot1. After installing its driver in Win2k, the VGA driver cannot work properly and there is a question mark next to it under System Properties. What causes this issue?

The root cause of this problem is the conflict in IRQ setting. Please remove the SCSI RAID card from PCI slot1 and install it into PCI slot3 since PCI slot3 has dedicated (own) IRQ.
