My HDDs cannot be recognized on CentOS 6.2 i686 after finishing RAID 1 configuration by LSI 3108, how can I fix it? I use SuperServer 1028R-MCTR.

You have to install LSI 3108 SAS driver before OS installation, here's the procedure:

1. Download driver from SMC FTP, please downalod the latest version for Linux

https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SAS/LSI/3108/Driver/Linux/

2. Decompress Linux.zip and find the proper driver for your OS, in this case you have to choose "megaraid_sas-06.601.07.00_rhel6.2-2.i686.iso" then decompress it.

3. Copy dd.iso into your storage device(Ex: USB thumb)

4. Use Linux dd to install driver(dd.iso) then you can see the HDDs when OS installation.
