Would Supermicro 846TQ-R900B Case Black 4U with 24x3.5@ SAS/SATA Bays 900W PSU and Supermicro SC745TQ-R920B Chassis work with a third party ATX form factor MB?

The both chassis will work with third party MBs.

The chassis 846TQ-R900B supports motherboards up to size 13.68" x 13", E-ATX.

The other chassis also supports ATX form factor MBs.

A few mounting holes, however, might be slightly off since the chassis are designed to use with our MBs.
