I would like to start monitoring platform level power on my X10DRX board. What kind of power supply support PSU reading? How to connect PSU so we can poll PSU wattage information from IPMITOOL? What commands we can use to read power wattages?

Answer
Most of the new power supply support PMBus in order to support PSU reading. Also, make sure I Square C cable connects to the board. The most common command is "ipmi power status”
