Could you please tell me what is the difference in Slot#5, Slot#6 and Slot#7 on X11SSL-F?

The key difference is on PCI-E signal source, Slot#5 is x4 from PCH(in x8 slot), Slot#6 is x8 from CPU(in x16 slot), Slot#7 is x8 from CPU(in x8 slot).
