Is it possible to install a 3-slot PCI-X riser card in a SS6012P-6?

It's physically not possible, the P4DPR-6GM+ supports our 2U CSE-RR2U-PS (3 slot PCI-X), but since this is a 1U chassis, 2U active riser card will not fit in this chassis.
