I am using Matrox Digisuite cards with one of your motherboards, and I cannot boot from an IDE drive. I keep getting "No SCSI boot device found". Do I need to change any settings in BIOS?

You probably don't need to change anything in BIOS. For this card, hit Ctrl-A and disable SCSI in the Matrox SCSI BIOS.
