Can the TPM module be safely moved to a new motherboard if the board is replaced?

Answer
It is doable as long as the motherboard is the exact same model with same CPU platform. Furthermore, all previous setting must be applied. For example, if TPM was provisioned with the older board, then it must get provisioned again.
