When I boot and enter the BIOS setup, I only see 8 out of 10 drives (slots 0-7) in SYS-1029P-WTRT. Can you offer any suggestions on how I can get the drives in slots 8/9?

Please check sSATA Configuration in BIOS settings. It should be enabled to see all 10 drives.
