Question
6048R-E1CR60N with 24 hard drives and AOC S3108L RAID card can't detect any hard drives in AVAGO MegaRAID BIOS Configuration Utility.

From AVAGO MegaRAID BIOS Configuration Utility, no PD is detected.  Since all drives are installed in the front backplane, so the front backplane may be is the issue.  Remove some drives to the rear backplane, the drives are detected.  So informed customer to RMA the front backplane to check.
