In X11SRA, boot up with CPU + one DIMM only but system hang up at PEI- CPU Initialization 32. Can’t boot further. What is the possibility reason of this symptom ?

Please check the memory module in this system. X11SRA support W-2100, W-2200 and only ECC DIMM can be used. If uses none ECC UDIMM, it will hang up at PEI- CPU Initialization 32.
