I just bought 2 6022P-8's. Can I use the Adaptec 2015S in the daughter-card slot on the 6022P-8R?

No, The Super Server 6022P-8R that built with P4DP8-G2 motherboard support Ultra 320 SCSI controller with Zero Channel Raid option. You must use the Adaptec 2010S Zero Channel Raid Card instead of Adaptec 2015S Zero Channel Raid Card.
