I have one of your P3TDL3 motherboard and it has been running great for one year with Windows NT OS Server. Now I plane to upgrade my to Windows 2000 Server with raid level 5 configuration. Does the on-board Ultra 160 SCSI controller support raid 5?

No, if you need to configure as hardware raid level 5 then you need to use a hardware raid controller such as Adaptec 2100 or etc.
