When I install 4GB of DDR 333 memory into my P4SCA, it only recognizes 3.65GB of it. Is there something wrong with my motherboard?

No, there is nothing wrong with your motherboard. The Intel 875P chipset does not support memory re-mapping technology. This is why you see the discrepancy.
