When I plug in an HP/Compaq Keyboard with track ball mouse into the 5012B-6, the mouse doesnâ??t work inside Windows. Do you have any suggestions?

Check and make sure you have the latest bios from our website. If not, download the latest bios from our website and flash your system. After the system reboot. Go inside the bios and load system default setting. Then select the "Advanced tap"; next scroll down to â??peripheral setupâ?. Inside there is keyboard frequency setting. You can change to different frequency setting for the keyboard, select the one that will work for you.
