I have a SuperServer 7043P-8R, it resets itself about once every 6 minutes. Is there any hardware problem?

Please check if the Watch Dog timer is enabled on your system. This will cause system to reset itself periodically. You can find the Watch Dog option under I/O Device Configuration inside BIOS set-up.
