I had your PDSM4+ motherboard and it is giving a siren like sound after I power it on. I have removed all the PCI cards, tried removing the memory, and a different power supply. I'm using a Xeon 3065 processor, is this compatible?

This processor is not compatible. The PDSM4+ motherboard does not support 1333MHz FSB speed processors.
