I am using an SC835TQ-R800B chassis with a non-Super Micro motherboard. The front panel LED's and switch connections between the motherboard and the chassis front panel do not match. Do you have different front panel cables, perhaps one that simply breaks out to individual connections?

Yes, you need to have 16pins front panel split cable. The part number is CBL-0084L. You may contact RMA department to order the cable.
